What it does

Every one of the county's parcels runs through the free signals: code enforcement cases, fire damage, tax-defaulted auction lists and more. The ones that surface land on the buyer's ranked worklist, with a map, filters and saved sorts, and owner contact details pulled on demand.

How it works

Every paid lookup runs through a spend ledger with hard caps, and a lookup that would cross a cap does not run.

Valuations come from sold comps, and deals are ranked on their downside, not just their best case. A Fair Housing guard keeps protected-class data out of the ranking.

Under the hood

Data comes from county records and commercial property-data sources. It refreshes weekly and is backed up nightly.
