How it works

Only the club's own marketplace can move a pass. Every sale splits the payment between the seller, the circle owner and the platform in one step.

The pass cap and the royalty are locked, so an owner can never change the deal on members.

Under the hood

The transfer rules are enforced by the contracts themselves, not by a policy page, and 75 contract tests cover them. The API and the card-checkout storefront sit on top.
